Get Moving with Counterweight

Live Borders is offering a new, free weight loss programme in partnership with NHS Borders.

12 week programme consisting of tailored exercise sessions and dietary education.

Participating individuals will also have free access to Live Borders facilities.

The next Peebles programme is due to start Wednesday 2nd October 2024. There are also other programmes running elsewhere in the borders.
